The Opportunity at a Glance:
Lead in-depth business requirement discussions with clients, translating their needs into actionable implementation plans. Perform GAP analysis to align client needs with our HRMS/FAMS product capabilities. Act as the communication hub between clients and internal development teams—clearly articulating system gaps, proposing workarounds, and ensuring solution feasibility. Develop and execute detailed implementation plans in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets. Configure our HRMS/FAMS software to match business policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth studies of client business requirements and lead discussions around
implementation strategies and methodologies. - Map client needs to existing product capabilities, identify functional gaps, and
perform detailed GAP analyses. - Collaborate with executives to design strategic implementation plans, ensuring timely
and cost-efficient project execution. - Manage end-to-end product deployment activities, including translating business
needs to be integrated into system configurations and policy setups. - Lead process mapping initiatives, aligning workflows with product capabilities while
ensuring on-time delivery. - Proactively identify risks and implementation bottlenecks, delivering actionable
solutions for smooth rollouts. - Develop comprehensive UAT documentation and guide clients through the testing
process. - Ensure seamless go-live transitions aligned with the overall implementation roadmap.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to understand evolving
needs and explore innovative business solutions. - Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and cultivating long-term relationships
through proactive engagement. - Manage expectations effectively, ensuring smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or
a related field (B.Sc IT); Master’s degree (M.Sc) preferred. - Technical Tools & Skills – Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL), APIs, and software
Configuration tools are a strong advantage. - Experience Range – 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in software implementation,
client onboarding or solution delivery roles. - Client-Facing Exposure – Comfortable in travelling and working onsite, dealing directly with
clients to gather requirements, provide support, and manage expectations throughout the
implementation lifecycle. - Strong Communication Skills -Excellent verbal and written communication abilities—capable
of explaining complex technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner. - Technical Aptitude- Basic understanding of software systems, data flow, and process
mapping. Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations. - Self-driven & highly motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal
supervision. Takes initiative in identifying challenges and proposing solutions. - Problem-Solving Mindset – Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and
offer creative workarounds during implementation.
