Job Description
- End-to-end management of channel partners, from onboarding to ongoing relationship building.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets through partner-driven sales.
- Development and execution of channel-growth strategies within the assigned territory.
- Partner enablement, including training, product demos, and sales support.
- Regular evaluation of partner performance and proactive improvement planning.
- Ownership of the partner pipeline: lead generation, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Execution of joint marketing activities and promotional campaigns with partners.
- Resolution of partner challenges and escalations to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring partners adhere to company policies, pricing structures, and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining in-depth understanding of the product suite (ERP/SaaS) and competitive landscape.
Your Role at Glance:
- Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking and marketing methods.
- Developing new sales areas and markets.
- Creating sales presentations for potential clients.
- Have autonomy to explore a variety of potential channel partnerships that can deliver new customers and revenue.
- Lead all aspects of deal execution with independence and substantial autonomy: identifying and prioritizing targets, meeting with prospects, business case development, deal structuring, negotiating terms and contracts, and closing.
- Work with signed partners to launch and grow the partnership.
- Determine and prioritize the appropriate mix of partner benefits, incentives, and co-marketing opportunities necessary to secure an effective partnership deal.
- Launch and manage partners to deliver tangible value.
- Partner with internal teams, spanning Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal, and more.
- Be accountable for the business results of your partnerships.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Strong passion for work and a results-driven attitude.
- Proven experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, solution selling, and channel development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
- Strong networking & relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, able to work independently, as well as a good team player.
- Graduates in B.Com / B.A / BBA are eligible to apply
- Knowledge of MS Excel will be considered an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
