Job Description

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor on all HRMS-related matters.
  • Account Growth & Retention: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales & Business Development – Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across target industries. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop proposals and quotations aligned with customer requirements.
  • Solution Adoption & Optimization: Guide clients in effectively adopting and leveraging our HRMS platform to meet their HR goals and improve operational efficiency.
  • Channel / Partner Management: Identify and onboard new channel partners and resellers. Manage and support existing partners to drive joint sales opportunities. Conduct partner training sessions and ensure alignment on product updates and sales strategies.
  • Issue Resolution & Support Coordination: Act as the escalation point for client concerns, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Strategic Insights & Reporting: Analyze client usage data and feedback to deliver actionable insights that enhance client ROI and inform product improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align solutions with client needs and business goals.
  • Market & Industry Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to internal teams on market trends, client needs, and potential product enhancements.

Your Role at Glance:

  • Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking and marketing methods.
  • Developing new sales areas and markets.
  • Creating sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Have autonomy to explore a variety of potential channel partnerships that can deliver new customers and revenue.
  • Lead all aspects of deal execution with independence and substantial autonomy: identifying and prioritizing targets, meeting with prospects, business case development, deal structuring, negotiating terms and contracts, and closing.
  • Work with signed partners to launch and grow the partnership.
  • Determine and prioritize the appropriate mix of partner benefits, incentives, and marketing. Opportunities necessary to secure an effective partnership deal.
  • Launch and manage partners to deliver tangible value.
  • Partner with internal teams, spanning Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal, and more.
  • Be accountable for the business results of your partnerships.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Strong passion for work and a results-driven attitude.
  • Proven experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, solution selling, and channel development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand business vision and align actions with strategic direction.
  • Understand Customer Journey.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Strong administration, analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
  • Strong networking & relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently as well as a good team player.
  • Graduates in B.Com / B.A / BBA are eligible to apply
  • Knowledge of MS Excel will be considered an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
