Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting tailored quotations for clients based on project requirements.
• Conducting price negotiations with professionalism and strategic insight
• Resolving client queries to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Coordinating appointments, meetings, and calls between clients and senior management to facilitate business growth and new opportunities
• Assisting the business development team in preparing business plans, models, and scope of work documentation
• Drafting professional emails, client proposals, agreements, presentations, and other business documents

• Graduates in B.Com / B.A / BBA are eligible to apply
• Knowledge of MS Excel will be considered an added advantage
• Prior experience in a coordination or client-facing profile is a plus
• Candidate must be based along the Mumbai Western Line
